we just adopted two nine-month old ferel kittens who are brother and sister. After about 2 months they have adjusted very well. The problem is that the male only likes my husband, not me. The female favors me and is afraid of strangers. I have had cats all my life and never have I had one that didn’t like me. Any suggestions for me to win the trust of the male?

I have heard with an older kitten if you take them for a little while each day and wrap them in a shirt or blanket , maybe with your scent on it, and sit and talk quiety to him, for 5 – 10 mins ,not long enough to irratate him, but do it everyday, and he should start feeling more sucure with you.Sence they were feral a female was peoably mean to him and he feels more comfortable with the male.
