How can I help my cat get over her chronic diarrhea?

Dear Most Esteemed and Knowledgeable Kitties: One of my cats had major dental surgery in January. When we adopted her, we found that her teeth were all rotten and had to be removed. Since being on the antibiotic regimen back then, she has had chronic diarrhea.
